Most categories are open to competition by either Strategic-Partners or Sales-Partners. However, some categories are only open for competition at the company level.

Strategic-Partner Categories

Home Ownership Services
Ideas or tools used to promote a "one-stop shop" real estate experience.

Web site Effectiveness
Effective use of web site technology to market your company and its properties. Web sites will be evaluated based upon overall usability, inclusion of effective design elements, and adherence to search optimization practices.

Recruiting
Innovative ideas, programs or tools used to actively recruit Sales-Partners.

Contests
Contests developed to promote agent participation and acknowledgement. Examples include but are not limited to: Sales, referral and recruiting contests.

Strategic-Partner & Sales-Partner Categories

Premier Service
Innovative ideas, strategies or tools used to further your company or yourself as a Premier Service leader. Examples include but are not limited to: Ideas or strategies used to instill Premier Service into your company culture, tactics used to create awareness/educate Sales-Partners on Premier Service, innovative Premier Service advertising, or promotion to differentiate your company or yourself in your local market.

Marketing & Advertising
Marketing, advertising and related activities geared towards office, company, self-promotion, or brand promotion/differentiation. Examples include but are not limited to: local advertising (print, radio, television, direct mail, etc.), home magazines, cable shows, open house marketing, internet/e-mail marketing, follow-up marketing, and niche (luxury, new construction, second homes, seniors, etc.).

PR/Community Involvement
Events or activities designed and executed to raise the visibility of your company or yourself through events, media exposure or community relations and activities. Examples include but are not limited to: charity events, fundraising activities, civic involvement, local events, office events, open house events, etc.
