Best of Show Program Rules & General Criteria

To participate in the Best of Show competition, you must adhere to the following rules and criteria:

  • Strategic-Partners and Sales-Partners must be licensed, active members of GMAC Real Estate at the time of Best of Show award presentation.
  • Strategic-Partners must be current in financial obligations to GMAC Real Estate and in good standing in all other areas at time of presentation.
  • Entries must comply with the appropriate standards, trademarks and logo guidelines of GMAC Real Estate or they will be disqualified. (See the GMAC Real Estate Identity
    Standards Manual for details.*)
  • All qualifying Strategic-Partners and Sales-Partners are eligible to enter programs that have been created and used since January 2007 and have never been entered in
    the Best of Show. Previously awarded Best of Show ideas are ineligible.
  • All entries must include the signature of the Broker.
  • All requested information on the entry form must be completed.
  • All entries must list who will attend Experience 2008 to showcase the entry during Expo Opening night in the event you are chosen as a finalist.
  • You must be a registered attendee of the Experience 2008 to be chosen as a finalist in the Best of Show program.
  • Entries must be received by December 14, 2007. This deadline will not be extended due to the timing of Experience 2008.
  • Entries received that do not meet the above criteria will be automatically disqualified.
