Minimum of 10 returned surveys
Minimum 30% survey return rate

To qualify, the office must have submitted a full year’s worth of data to QSC in 2007.

Awarded to the top 10 Strategic-Partners in each of the five divisions based on Gross Commission Income (GCI) earned during 2007.

Top 5 Company Growth Awards
There are no entry forms to complete.
Awarded to companies that have experienced the greatest increase in Gross Commission Income (GCI) from 2006 to 2007. These companies represent the top 5 in each division with the greatest increase in GCI on a dollar basis and the top 5 in each division with the greatest increase in GCI on a percentage basis.

Top 10 Office Production Awards
Entry required.
Presented to the top 10 offices in each of the five divisions in the following two categories: Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Closed Units. Transaction data should be based on closed production between January 1 and November 30, 2007 and estimated production for December 2007.

Entry required.
Honors the top 3 Outstanding Relocation Directors for their overall Referral and Relocation Services performance in 2007. Nominations will be solicited from Strategic-Partners and judged by the GMAC Home Services Network Management Team.
