Awarded to the top 10 individual producers in two categories: Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Closed Units. Transaction data should be based on closed production between January 1 and November 30, 2007 and estimated production for December 2007.

Top 10 Team Producer Awards
Awarded to the top 10 team producers two categories: Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Closed Units. Transaction data should be based on closed production between January 1 and November 30, 2007 and estimated production for December 2007.

Top 100 Sales Associate Awards
Awarded to the top individual producers ranking #11 through #100 in two categories: Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Closed Units. Transaction data should be based on closed production between January 1 and November 30, 2007 and estimated production for December 2007.

Top 50 Team Sales Associate Awards
Awarded to the top team producers ranking #11 through #50 in two categories: Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Closed Units. Transaction data should be based on closed production between January 1 and November 30, 2007 and estimated production for December 2007.

Top 5 Individual Debut Production Awards
Presented to the top Sales-Partners in Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Closed Units. Candidates must be new to the real estate business, not just to GMAC Real Estate. Production numbers should reflect the Sales-Partner's first 12 months in business, ending in 2007 (example: 6/1/05 through 5/31/06).

Company Awards requiring Entry Submissions
