Corporate Mobility Specialist Certification

Position yourself with the credentials to serve today’s corporate mobility business. This new 4-module course covers a wide range of topics and will increase your knowledge of the corporate mobility industry. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the Broker Marketing Analysis (BMA) valuation and marketing process; how today’s relocation policy Marketing Assistance Program is designed to manage transferee behavior; what the internal decision making process is with regard to completing property repairs and improvements; how relocation companies make decisions during the negotiation process; the internal tools used to design counter-offers and methods to help you communicate and support your sale recommendations.

After successful completion of the four (4) modules and passing the CMS exam, you’ll earn the CMS designation. This new designation will give you two credits toward the Residential Marketing Master (RRM) designation, an exclusive and prestigious designation awarded by GMAC Real Estate. Your designation will also accompany your name whenever it appears in marketing materials and real estate publications and communications, most notably on the GMAC Real Estate Consumer Website.
